EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, return the original item and then purchase a new one in a separate transaction. If you need assistance with this process, contact us. Please note: Clearance or discontinued items in different colors or sizes than originally purchased may not be available for exchange at the same price. We also do not provide exchanges on personalized merchandise or special orders.
RETURNS
You can return a product for credit or exchange through the mail or by coming into the store at 21 South Main Street in Hanover.
All items must be returned unused in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance, except in the event of a shipping error. To make the process easier, please have or include your invoice and/or your order number. If you are a Co-op Member, please include your membership number.
In sending your item in to us, ship via the United States Post Office, UPS or FedEx to

For your protection we suggest you obtain a tracking number from your shipper.
